Private Small Group Yoga & Meditation Classes

Why do yoga in a studio when you could do it in the comfort of your home? Private small group yoga and meditation classes are perfect for a special occasion, small groups of friends, or simply to have a customized practice for you.

  • $50 for up to 5 people 
  • $70 for up to 8 people 
  • $20 + $5/person over 8 people

Hi, I'm Curniss!

I truly believe that each and everyone of us has everything we need to live whole, meaningful, happy lives. It might be tempting (and even automatic) to look to others to tell us what to do and how to do it, but what works for some doesn’t always work for all. When we take the time to tune in and listen to our own inner wisdom, the guidance we uncover will always lead us in exactly the right direction. ​

​By tuning in, we can align our thoughts, words, and actions for our greatest good which also happens to be the greatest good for all. I am here to help you remember this simple truth, encourage you to listen to that wise inner voice of yours, and support you on your journey. ​I would love to have the chance to live in a world where your light is as bright as it can be, and am here to help you get there using yoga, meditation, and intuitive coaching.

Yoga & Meditation

Yoga asana is an exploration of movement and self-awareness. It is an opportunity to explore what is possible both for the body and mind, and also to notice what may be in the way of these possibilities - whether this is tight hamstrings or limiting beliefs. I teach from my experience of yoga as a wonderful practice to support personal growth and self-realization, interweaving themes, pranayama (breath work), and meditation in flowing sequences of postures, and inviting students to engage with what arises with curiosity, playfulness, and compassion.

I first started doing yoga to help with muscular alignment when I was diagnosed with scoliosis (a curvature of the spine) in my early teens. I then spent the better part of my early twenties practicing the physically demanding style of yoga known as Ashtanga and took my first yoga teacher training with Caroline Klebl in 2010 to support my personal practice at the time. Since then, I have explored many different styles of yoga, completed a Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Shawna Turner, and a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training with Sivatantra Yoga. My yoga practice has evolved with me over the years and I am very excited to share some of what I have learned in the hope that it can support you in your own evolution.

Coaching

Intuitive coaching is a tool that can be used to bring awareness to whatever needs to be expressed, healed, revealed. This form of coaching uses intention (e.g. the intention is that whatever may serve you in the highest good be revealed today) to support specific goals. Work is done in both conscious and unconscious energy fields to address patterns, obstacles, and desires otherwise hidden in our subconscious or not acknowledged as true by our rational minds.

If you are willing and ready to listen to your inner knowing, ask important questions, take an honest look within to find the answers, and take steps towards aligning thoughts, words, and actions with your inner guidance, I would be honoured to support you. ​Through working together, you will gain greater awareness, find clarity, feel empowered, and find joyful ease in every aspect of your life.
